This cat is immortal and theorized to be as old as the concept of money in which the oldest evidence of PL-1226-1 is several scratch marks on the pyramids of Giza, caveman drawings of the cat in france, totems in montana, ancient ships from the ancient egyptian, roman and medieval greek age near the mississippi, rasputin’s journal of the cat and its involvement in world politics.

It appears as a normal cat in which it gives the user the lowest value of their currency and further testing that it's morally impossible to destroy the cat for further examination and was sent to a loving home for observation.

We interviewed the cat for 17 hours straight and we have kept receiving a message from it saying “MEOW” and “PURRRRRR”
[Addendums]
Addendum 1:
The Cat with further testing and treatment has proven several involvements including human history in which we have determined to possibly update its threat level as it has cut one of our examinators for trying to see its belly in which we have found it justifiable to annihilate Japan.
